Framorco S, A. originally a construction company, was first chartered on the Panamanian Public Registry at the Merchant section in January 1943. During the first few years of existence, it did not operate under its own name but rather under the name of its founder and president Ing. Francisco J. Morales Santa Coloma, whose experience and good name provided the necessary requisites for bond ability and bank relationship. The first important work done under its own name was the Maternity Ward, Gorgas Hospital, Ancon, Canal Zone Panama Rep. of Panama.  In 1960 Ing. Francisco Morales Santa Coloma pass away and his son Ing. Francisco J. Morales Brid took over the company and became its new president. The company prosper for years to come and earn experience with contracts in residences, apartments, offices, stores, hospitals, industrial buildings, water purification plants, sewer treatment plants, water and distribution systems, drainage and culvert work, earthworks, land escaping and planting, town site extension project, sea walls, road bases and concrete paving, airports, concrete bridges, light and heavy foundations complicated mechanical installations etc etc…

One of Ing Francisco J. Morales Brid major contribution to the engineering profession was his proposed studies for a sea level canal in 1968. Framorco S. A. grew to be the major engineer contractor company in Panama well into the 1980s when Ing. Francisco J. Morales Brid. decided to retire. The company was close upon his dead in 1993.

Like a Fenix bird Framorco S.A is rebirth from the ashes on August 2003 by chartered again on the Panamanian Public Registry in its Merchant section by his new founder and President Francisco J. Morales Gerbaud. This time the company takes a new approach as a Develop Consultant, Develop Investment Group Management, Construction Management, Insurance License Broker and Real Estate License Broker.

This new company rich in experience and family tradition, can overtake a   project for the institutional investor and turned it into a turn key operation. From developing a concept into a construction with it’s financial, insurance and sales stages as integrated part of the package.
